A company of China recently launched the first voice-activated  smart speaker, DingDong, which is similar to the Google Home and Amazon Echo.
The device is said to understand Mandarin, Cantonese and basic English.
In order to ensure excellent voice interaction, DingDong uses a number of industry-leading voice technology.
It has eight microphones on top and apply an innovative technique, multi-microphone beam-forming,  to pinpoint the source of voice to ensure that it can hear every word you say, no matter where you are in the room.
The unique far-field recognition technology makes it  become the only  product that supports 5 meters ultra-long-range voice interactivity.
And with the multi-channel echo cancellation technology, this smart speaker can filter out a variety of background noise, including the music which is playing, in order to more accurately understand the user instructions.
